An upcoming fantasy film directed by Paul Feig (A Simple Favor) based on the novel of the same name by Soman Chainani.
In the village of Gavaldon, two best friends Sophie and Agatha share the unlikeliest of bonds. They find themselves on opposing sides of an epic battle when they are swept away into an enchanted school where aspiring heroes and villains are trained to protect the balance between good and evil.
Starring an ensemble cast of Charlize Theron, Cate Blanchett, Michelle Yeoh, Ben Kingsley, Laurence Fishburne and Kerry Washington. Other actors include Sophia Anne Caruso, Sofia Wylie and Kit Young.
