The iconic skyline of Manhattan was still dominated by skyscrapers, but some of the city’s most famous landmarks, such as the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center, were still standing. The skyline has changed since then, with the completion of new skyscrapers like One World Trade Center. The city had a mix of architectural styles, including art deco, neoclassical, and Gothic Revival.
