A Texas man allegedly dressed as a woman and took pictures underneath a stall in a mall bathroom. A female victim spotted the cellphone underneath the stall on Christmas Eve. When she went up to confront the man dressed up as a woman, he attempted to flee the mall. Other witnesses also say they saw him pull out a handg*n while fleeing the scene.
